We also offer 1:1 and 2:1 private Pilates session for clients who have specific needs or prefer tailor made programs. Enjoy personalized attention of our experienced trainers and the benefits of Pilates in your private/semi-private sessions.

One on One / Two on One

Our private Pilates sessions focus on each client’s individual needs. Programs are tailor made to meet their health goals. An advantage of private/semi-private session is that client receives instant feedback and correction from the trainer.
